KINS 99. Exercise for Healthy Living. Exposes students to a broad range of information related to the understanding and development of personal fitness and health, including psycho-social well-being. Examines the elements of exercise, nutrition, and stress management as they relate to healthful living. Students will explore a variety of personal choices and the options for developing and maintaining lifetime wellness. Corequisite: One unit skill or fitness class; may be taken concurrently.
