IMBA 500. Leadership and Change Management. Advanced studies of leadership in business organizations. The key themes of the course are leading teams and leading during times of change. An integral part of the course is to study current business leaders and analyze their leadership practices. Leadership is studied in an integrated fashion based on different business functions and industrial experiences. Successful completion of this course satisfies the culminating experience for the IMBA program.
